What this notice covers
This notice covers the skeillebank.com website and emails you send us. Our products, such as EntryCode, have their own privacy notices that apply when you use them.
Visiting the website
We don't set cookies, run analytics or tracking, or collect anything through forms. Two outside services are involved when you load a page:
- GitHub Pages hosts the website. Like any web host, GitHub receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, and may keep them in its logs for security. See GitHub's privacy statement.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts. Your browser downloads them from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
We don't receive or see this data ourselves.
Emailing us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run that work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract you've asked about.
Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep emails as long as we need them for your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email info@skeillebank.com.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
